On November 25, 2021, a group of 52 students and teachers from the 6th Primary School of Haicheng District, Beihai City, visited WHITR-AP to carry out the practical education activity of “Caring for the Ocean, Protecting the Ocean”. Guided by Liu Chenghui, the students visited the Center's miniature wetland, typical marine ecosystem habitat simulation laboratory and herbarium, while listening to the explanation, which aroused the students' strong interest. At the Center Mini Coastal Wetland, Zhou Hao Lang explained to the students and teachers what is coastal wetland and what are the characteristics of coastal wetland in Guangxi. The students were interested and infected by the realistic atmosphere of the simulated microclimate.
